No person shall make, aid, countenance or assist in making any improper noise, racket, disturbance, breach of the peace or anything tending to be a breach of the peace on the premises or be guilty of any disorderly or offensive conduct or collect or assemble any body or group of persons for any unlawful purpose or for the annoyance or disturbance of any other person or for the damage or destruction of property in the city or of any other person on the premises.
