§ 93.006 ANIMALS ON PREMISES.
   (A)   Livestock and poultry.
      (1)   No person shall cause or permit any domestic livestock or poultry to run at large on the premises. Any livestock or poultry found at large may be taken up by the city and sold to pay the expense of taking up, keeping, advertising and selling the impounded livestock or poultry, and all damage caused to the city or its property by the livestock or poultry.
      (2)   No animal or poultry will be allowed to stand, wallow, wade or swim or be washed or watered in the reservoir.
      (3)   No person shall bring, drive or lead any domestic livestock on the premises, except in lawful use of the public highway and except horses and draft animals while engaged in work or being ridden on the portions designated for riding or driving.
      (4)   No person shall cause or permit any horse or other animal to stand in any street, road or parkway unless securely hitched or in the charge of some competent person.

   (B)   Cats and dogs.
      (1)   No vicious or dangerous dog shall be permitted on the premises.
      (2)   Any dog or cat found running at large may be taken up by the city and, if not promptly called for, may be destroyed or otherwise disposed of by the city, all without liability on the part of any officer performing the duty or the city.
