§ 93.005 POLLUTION OF WATER.
   No person shall, in any part of the drainage area, place, throw, discharge or cause to be discharged any sewage, garbage, decayed or fermented fruit or vegetables, offal, dead body, manure, polluted, filthy, decaying, fermenting, putrescible or oily matter or liquid or industrial waste into or so as to reach any natural or artificial watercourse or open or covered sewer, ditch, tile or drain flowing directly or indirectly, continuously or intermittently, into and so as to pollute or tend to pollute the reservoir or other waters from which the city obtains a water supply.
