§ 32.58 PERSONNEL; TECHNICAL CONSULTANTS.

The Revolving Loan Fund Board may, upon prior authority from the City Council, employ necessary personnel whose salaries, wages and other necessary expenses shall be provided by appropriations made by the Council from the Revolving Loan Fund. If the Board deems it advisable, the Board may employ and pay for technical consultation services, upon prior authorization thereof from the Council.
