(A) Animal Warden. The Animal Warden shall be a special police officer and is authorized to make all necessary arrests in carrying out the provisions of this chapter. Upon issuance of a citation, the Animal Warden shall forward a copy of the citation to the Code Administrator for prosecution of the citation.
(B) Duty of the city police and/or County Sheriff. City police and/or the County Sheriff are authorized to make all necessary arrests in carrying out the provisions of this chapter.
(C) Duty of Code Administrator. It shall be the duty of the Code Administrator to prosecute violations of this chapter.
