§ 32.56 RECORDS; REPORTS.

(A) The Revolving Loan Fund Board shall keep a written record of its proceedings. These records shall be open to public inspection, when required by law.

(B) The Board shall file an annual report with the City Council setting forth it transactions and recommendations.
