§ 91.25 LIVESTOCK.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to keep or raise farm animals including, but not limited to, members of swine (pig), ovine (sheep), bovine (cattle), caprine (goat), and equine (horse, pony, donkey, zebra) families. Any such farm animals shall be prohibited within the corporate limits, excepting such animals within the corporate limits on July 1, 2010; provided, none of such animals may be replaced.
   (B)   The running at large within the corporate limits of the city and herding, grazing, or pasturing upon the streets, alleys or other public property of the city shall be prohibited.
   (C)   The regulation of any other livestock and chickens, ducks, geese, pigeons, or other poultry or fowl is covered under the city's nuisance ordinances.
