§ 32.55 ORGANIZATION; BYLAWS.
   The Revolving Loan Fund Board shall adopt the bylaws regulating the time, place, and manner of holding its meetings and conducting its business as may, in the judgment of the board, be proper in carrying out the work of the Board.
