§ 78.46 LIMITATIONS FOR OPERATING SNOWMOBILE ON STATE HIGHWAY.
   No person may operate a snowmobile on any state highway within the limits of the city, except to cross the state highway at a 90° angle, yielding to all traffic and crossing only when it is safe to do so.
