§ 78.44 LICENSE REQUIRED FOR OPERATION OF VEHICLE.
   No person shall operate a snowmobile within the city on any roadway unless they are in possession of a valid operator's license issued by the state or are a resident of another state and possess a valid operator's license from that state.
