§ 78.37 ACCIDENTS.
   Operators of snowmobiles involved in any accident with another snowmobile or any other motor vehicle or pedestrian shall make accident reports in accordance with the provisions of the state Snowmobile Registration and Safety Act, ILCS Ch. 625, Act 40, §§ 1-1 et seq.
