§ 76.02 CITATION.
   Any references to the Illinois Vehicle Code incorporated into the Pittsfield Vehicle Code shall be cited as follows:
      “Chapter 76” as the case may be, with the blank portion referring to the act and section number. For example, ILCS Ch. 625, Act 5, § 2-101 shall be cited as Chapter 76-2-101.
