§ 31.78 RECORDS.
   (A)   The City Attorney shall keep, in a book provided by the city especially for that purpose, a record of all opinions given by him or her to any city official.
   (B)   The Attorney shall keep in a register provided by the city especially for that purpose a record of all actions any court prosecuted or defended by him or her in which the city is a party.
