(A) The Mayor shall supervise the conduct of all officers of the city, inquire into all reasonable complaints made against them and cause all neglect or violations of financial duty to be corrected promptly.

(B) In addition to the duties described in division (A) above, the Mayor shall perform all other duties pertaining to the office as are or may be required of him or her by this code or other city ordinances.
