§ 52.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who shall perform any act in violation of § 52.11 shall, upon conviction, be fined not more than $750, imprisoned for not more than six months and shall be liable for the actual damage done or caused.

   (B)   Any person violating any of the provisions of §§ 52.75 through 52.84 shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than $50 nor more than $750 for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each and every day during which a violation occurs or continues.
   (C)   Any person violating the provisions of § 52.15 shall be subject to a fine of up to $1,000 for each violation.
