§ 52.52 EXCAVATION; LAYING OF PIPES.
   Excavations for installing or repairing service pipes shall be made in compliance with the provisions of this code. It shall be unlawful to place any service pipe in the same excavation with, or directly over, any drain pipe or sewer pipe.
