§ 52.27 FIRE PROTECTION SERVICE; RATE.
   (A)   Where a service is connected to a premises for supplying water to a sprinkler or other system of protection against fire, a readiness-to-serve fee for fire service, per month shall be made, as shall be established from time to time by the City Council. All charges and rates shall be kept on file and be available for inspection in the office of the City Clerk.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person using an unmetered sprinkler or other system for fire protection to tap the service pipe or system for any other purpose. A tap or connection made to the system shall be deemed a violation.
