§ 52.08 COMPLIANCE WITH PLUMBING STANDARDS; WATER USE AT CONSTRUCTION SITES.
   No water shall be turned on for service to premises in which the plumbing does not comply with the code for standards for plumbing as promulgated by the State Department of Public Health, as amended from time to time.
