The following committees of the City Council, which shall be composed of three Aldermen each, are hereby established:
(A) The Finance and Purchasing Committee.
(B) The Gas Committee.
(C) The Water Committee.
(D) The Wastewater Committee.
(E) The Streets, Alleys and Traffic Committee.
(F) The Ordinances, Licenses, and Light Committee.
(G) The Public Health, Fire and Police Committee.
(H) The Economic Development Committee.
