§ 101.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Violations of this chapter may result in fines, penalties, or the revocation of chicken keeping privileges.
   (B)   Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of this chapter shall be fined not less than $25, nor more than $750, for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which the violation occurs or continues.
