§ 101.05 HEALTH AND SAFETY.
   (A)   Chickens must receive proper care, nutrition, and medical attention as needed.
   (B)   Proper waste disposal methods for chicken litter must be employed to prevent environmental contamination.
   (C)   Chickens should not be a nuisance to neighbors due to noise, odor, or other disturbances.
