§ 101.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   CHICKEN. Refers to domesticated Gallus, commonly kept for egg production or as pets.
   OWNER. Refers to any person, household, or entity responsible for the care and maintenance of chickens.
