The Aldermen of the city shall receive as compensation for the respective services as Aldermen the sum of $1,200 each, per annum, payable quarterly, and $65 per month expense account. In addition, Aldermen will receive actual reimbursement for expenses incurred for city business, with prior approval by the Finance Committee.
