§ 138.02 CITATION.
   Any references to the Illinois Criminal Code incorporated into the Pittsfield Criminal Code shall be cited as follows:
      “Chapter 138” as the case may be, with the blank portion referring to the act and section number. For example, ILCS Ch. 720, Act 5, § 1-1 shall be cited as Chapter 138-1-1.
