(A) Failure to comply with any of the requirements of the City of Pittsfield Raffle and Poker Run Ordinance shall constitute a violation. Any person, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not more than $500. Each day the violation continues shall be considered a separate offense.
(B) The imposition of the penalties as described in this section shall not preclude the state’s attorney from instituting appropriate action to prevent unlawful raffles or poker runs, or to restrain, correct or abate a violation of this chapter.
