§ 115.05 LICENSE ISSUANCE.
   (A)   The Pittsfield City Clerk shall review all raffle and poker run applications and shall, within 30 days from the date of application, approve or deny the request for license. If the application is approved, the Pittsfield City Clerk shall issue the raffle or poker run license accordingly.
   (B)   No fees shall be due to the city clerk for any application under this chapter.
