§ 115.02 PURPOSE.

The purpose of this chapter is to regulate and control the conduct of raffles and poker runs within the unincorporated areas of the county and within the corporate limits of any municipality that is a party to any intergovernmental cooperation agreement for raffle and poker run licenses with the county.
