Applications for a certificate of appropriateness are available from the Planning Department. Such applications shall be completed and submitted to the Planning Department which shall be forwarded to the Pittsfield Historic Preservation Advisory Committee. The Committee shall schedule a public meeting for consideration of the application within a maximum of 45 days following receipt of the application from the Planning Department. If the Committee finds at the time that the application merits further consideration, then the Committee may table the request until its next regularly scheduled meeting.
