§ 50.22 EMERGENCY INTERRUPTIONS.
   (A)   All customers of every type having alternate fuel capabilities are subject to interruption at any time an emergency is declared. The emergency may be declared at the sole discretion of the city, through its Gas Superintendent.
   (B)   It shall be the responsibility of all customers having alternate fuel capabilities to maintain alternate fuel equipment in constant working order and to maintain on-site storage of fuel to meet the customer's peak requirements for a period of not less than 24 hours.
