§ 50.09 ACCIDENTAL EXPOSURE REPORT.
   The excavator shall report any incident in which gas facilities are accidentally exposed, but not damaged, to the Gas Manager or Superintendent of the City Gas Department not more than two hours after the accidental exposure of facilities.
