(A) A preconstruction conference shall be held not less than two weeks before the beginning of the work. Minutes of that conference shall be maintained in the permanent records of the City Gas Department.
(B) The preconstruction conference described in division (A) above should be attended by the superintendent of the excavator, by the Gas Manager or Superintendent of the City Gas Department and any others having responsibility for the work.
