(a) No person shall park, store, erect, or locate temporarily or permanently a manufactured home, as defined by this chapter, inside the Village of Pioneer unless one of the following apply:
(1) The manufactured home is located within a “manufactured home park”; or
(2) The Village Administrator has issued to the land owner a “Temporary Permit” for the placement of a manufactured home.
(b) A “Temporary Permit” for the placement of a manufactured home is available to any land owner whose existing dwelling has incurred substantial damage due to fire, flood, wind or other act of God that has caused said dwelling to become uninhabitable and who intends to rebuild said dwelling to habitable condition. The land owner must petition the Village Administrator for issuance of the Temporary Permit. No Temporary Permit issued under this section shall be for a period greater than the time necessary to complete repairs to the existing dwelling and in no event shall be for a period of time greater than 180 days.
