(a) All proposed improvements in a subdivision shall be inspected by the Village Engineer.
(b) Upon written recommendation by the Village Engineer to the Village Council that all improvements have been constructed in accordance with the approved drawings, the Council will adopt an ordinance accepting the improvements into the Village of Pioneer infrastructure system.
(c) Should the improvements not meet the requirements of the approved construction drawings, the Village Engineer shall inform the subdivider in writing of said deficiencies. It shall be the responsibility of the subdivider to correct all deficiencies at his/her own expense and notify the Village Engineer that deficiencies have been corrected.
(d) The subdivider shall notify the Village Engineer at least 48 hours in advance of construction work beginning, to allow the Engineer to have a representative on site.
