1127.28 PERMITS, APPROVALS, FEES.

(a) The subdivider shall be responsible to obtain permits and/or approvals for all improvements for all improvements from any other agencies than the Village, including local, state and federal authorities.

(b) All fees associated with other approvals and/or permits shall be the responsibility of the subdivider. (Ord. 9-1993. Passed 7-12-93.)
