1127.23 RESIDENTIAL STREETS.
   (a)   See the typical minimum pavement section in Appendix “B”.
 
   (b)   In the event that unstable soil conditions exist, the pavement structure shall be designed in accordance with O.D.O.T. Location and Design Manual based on projected traffic volumes and the supporting soil conditions. (Ord. 9-1993. Passed 7-12-93.)
