(a) Whenever a new street is constructed along the approximate alignment or extension of an existing street, its name shall be the same as that of the existing one.
(b) Whenever a street alignment changes direction more than seventy-five degrees without a return to the original alignment within a distance of five hundred (500) feet, then the name of the street shall be changed at the point of the curvature.
(c) Whenever a cul-de-sac street serves not more than three lots, the name of the intersecting street shall apply to the cul-de-sac.
(d) Street signs shall be placed at all new intersections by the subdivider.
