1127.02 LAND UNSUITABLE FOR DEVELOPMENT.
   If the Village Council finds that land proposed to be subdivided is unsuitable for subdivision development due to flooding, poor drainage, topography or other such conditions which may endanger health, life, or property; and if from investigation conducted by public agencies concerned, it is determined that in the best interest of the public, and land should not be developed for the proposed purpose, the Village Council shall not approve the land for subdivision.
