The fees for the Floral Grove Cemetery shall be as follows:

(b) For the purposes of this chapter, “Resident” shall mean either of the following:
(1) An individual who currently lives within the Village limits of Pioneer; or
(2) An individual who previously lived in the Village for a period of fifteen or more years.
(c) Additional provisions:
(1) A resident of Pioneer may not purchase, at the resident price, a cemetery space for a non-resident at the time of the non-resident’s death.
(2) $25.00 of the cost of each burial lot will be used for perpetual care of the space. Upon purchase a deed and certificate of perpetual care will be issued to the purchaser.
(3) Perpetual care includes: Properly seeded and kept as a lawn, any monuments- slab-stone upon it shall be kept erect; brambles-briars-weeds shall be kept from growing thereon.
(4) All foundations shall be set by the Village of Pioneer. No others are allowed. Cost of the footer for a monument is 15 cents per square foot.
