905.01 PLACEMENT OF MAIL BOXES.

(a) No person shall place any mailbox or other receptacle for the receiving of mail or newspapers on or within the right of way area of any street or highway within the Village.

(b) Any mailbox or other receptacle placed on the terrace in violation of this section is deemed a nuisance and may be removed by the Village at the cost of the person placing same.
