(a) No person shall construct or repair a sidewalk or a driveway across a sidewalk within the Village’s street right-of-way without first obtaining a permit from the Village Zoning Inspector’s office. A separate permit shall be obtained for each property involved and all permits shall be valid for one year from date of issue.
(b) There shall be no fee for any permit issued hereunder.
