(a) In accordance with Section 733.262, Revised Code, there is hereby created the position of Village Fiscal Officer, effective on the first of January following the next regular municipal election at which the Village Clerk-Treasurer is to be elected.
(b) The Village Fiscal Officer shall have the powers, duties and functions as provided by the general laws of the State of Ohio. (Ord. 04-2003. Passed 4-14-03.)
