351.14 PARKING ALONG THE NORTH SIDE OF U.S. ROUTE 20.
   (a)   No person shall park any type of motor vehicle in the northeast quadrant of the intersection of State Route 15 and U.S. Route 20 along the southern boundary of the Village of Pioneer, along the north side of U.S. Route 20 and located east of State Route 15, which No Parking Zone is further specified as a thirty foot wide strip running parallel with and along side the north side of U.S. Route 20 and extending northward from U.S. Route 20 to the utility poles which are presently located in the parking lot of a restaurant known as Spokes Country Kitchen Restaurant. This No Parking Zone shall be marked with an appropriate sign or signs as determined by the Village.

   (b)   Except as otherwise provided in this subsection, whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. If, within one year of the offense, the offender previously has been convicted of or pleaded guilty to one predicate motor vehicle or traffic offense, whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. If, within one year of the offense, the offender previously has been convicted of two or more predicate motor vehicle or traffic offenses, whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
