(a) Adult use cannabis operators, adult use cultivators, or adult use dispensaries as defined by Chapter 3780 of the Ohio Revised Code are prohibited from operating within the Village of Pioneer.
(b) The growing of cannabis is prohibited on Village owned property.
(c) All applicable smoking bans, limitations, and regulations applicable to tobacco shall also apply to the smoking and vaping of marijuana.
