(a) Definitions. For the purposes of this section, the following words and phrases shall have the following meanings ascribed to them respectively.
(1) “Person” is any person, firm, partnership, association, corporation, company or organization of any kind;
(2) “Truck” means any vehicle designed or operated primarily for the transportation of property, and whose body weight or combined body and load weight exceeds 5,000 pounds.
(b) Truck Traffic Prohibited. No person shall operate a truck on Baubice Street from its intersection with State Street to its intersection with Clark Avenue.
(c) Penalty. Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense; on a second offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree; on each subsequent offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
