(a) The Administrator may cause to be posted at each entrance to such building, structure, or portion thereof a sign to read : "DO NOT ENTER, UNSAFE TO OCCUPY, VILLAGE OF PIONEER, OHIO." Such sign shall remain posted until the required repairs are made or demolition is completed.
(b) It shall be unlawful for any person to remove such sign without permission of the Administrator or for any person to enter the building, except for the purpose of making the required repairs or of demolishing same.
