All notices shall be served as provided in Ohio R.C. 715.26. If services cannot be made by certified mail, then the notice may be served by personal service or by posting a copy on the subject premises. The period for compliance with the notice shall commence on the date the notice is delivered or, if service is by posting, the period for compliance shall commence on the date of posting.
