13.18.010 AUTHORITY.
   The city of Pinole, pursuant to applicable federal and state law, is authorized to grant one or more non-exclusive franchises to construct, operate, maintain and reconstruct cable systems within the city limits. (Ord. 02-101 § 3(part), 2002)
