12.32.150 AMORTIZATION REQUIREMENTS.
   Every newsrack within the city which exists upon the effective date of this chapter and which does not comply with the provisions of this chapter, shall be removed or otherwise brought into conformance within six months of the effective date of this chapter. (Ord. 98-100 § 1(part), 1998).
