5.48.010 PERMIT – REQUIRED.
   It is unlawful for any person to establish or maintain in the city of Pinole a quarry or gravel pit, a rock-crushing plant, or to excavate for purposes of sale earth, sand, rock, minerals or other elements of the surface of the earth, without first obtaining a permit. (Ord. 101 § 1, 1956).
