SCHEDULE I. SPEED LIMITS.

   It shall be unlawful to operate a vehicle in excess of the following speeds.

NC 11	From a point 0.1 mile north of Lynwood Avenue to the western corporate limit at the Duplin County line	35 mph
NC 11	From a point 0.1 mile north of Lynwood Avenue to the northern corporate limit, approximately 0.1 mile south of SR 1173	35 mph
North Front Street	Intersection with Lynnwood Avenue to Bill Sutton Road	20 mph
Park Circle	From Broadway to Earl Howard Road	20 mph
Turner Street (SR 1107)	From Broadway Street (SR 1103) to southern corporate limit at the Duplin County line	35 mph

SCHEDULE II. ONE-WAY STREETS.

   Traffic on the following streets shall move only in the direction indicated: upon Edwards Avenue around the cemetery, vehicular traffic shall move only in the indicated direction when signs indicating the direction of traffic are erected and maintained where movement in the opposite direction is prohibited.
